My name is Christi Pennington formerly Wright. I graduated from Georgia College and State University (GSCU) in May of 2011 with a B.A. in Mass Communications with a Broadcast and Electronic Media concentration and a minor in Photography.
My degree and experiences during college have given me the skills to succeed in the Multi Media communications industry. I have worked in live television as on-air talent for GCTV News, the campus news network, and gained invaluable technical expertise as an intern at WGXA through writing stories and producing packages editing with both linear and with Final Cut Pro. The university television station has also given me the opportunity to shoot and edit events around campus, both live and recorded. Through WGUR, the campus radio station, I honed impromptu speaking skills as a morning talk show host and spent time working as a DJ.
